EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with document review workflows (e.g., Privilege/Responsiveness Review, Redactions, Conceptual Searching, First and Second Review)
- Experience with electronic document review technology (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint)
- Active bar admission in at least 1 U.S. jurisdiction and status in good standing
- Ability to read/write Mandarin Chinese
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience as a member of a document review team
- Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher version
- 2+ years of legal support experience
HOURS & LOCATION:
Location (including opportunity for remote work) is established on a project-by-project basis.
Hours (including the opportunity to work outside standard business hours) are established on a project-by-project basis.

We’re looking for an amazing Ecosystem Design Product Owner to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for leading product development and running product innovation sprints working with cross-functional teams identifying a real industry challenge, understanding customer needs, rapidly prototyping and testing solutions, all with the aim of building the most innovative guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Manages and successfully executes assigned product innovation sprints through the entire lifecycle.
- Develops and evaluates emerging technologies and assess the impact or opportunity on business capabilities.
- Perform current state assessments, facilitating discussions to understand the needs and gaps to define future state.
- Defines requirements, guides product and architectural vision, leads key technical and design discussions, and prioritizes delivery efforts.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners from engineering, architecture, development and UX to achieve successful outcomes.
- Works with the team to iterate the Innovation plan for execution and development.
- Establishes and builds relationships across the organization for tighter alignment of Innovation objectives to Market & Business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Product Management experience in the Data & Analytics domain.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present and translate complex information to leadership and non-technical teams in relevant business terms.
- A background of working in an Innovation team with a focus on agile product management.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to prioritize workload when multiple projects are ongoing.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate about solving tough challenges.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.
Please note that this position is considered In Office and will be required to follow the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday.)

- Base Salary Range: $72,200.00 to $97,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.

#J-18808-LjbffrA Field Sales manager achieves sales volume and distribution objectives of the company and supplier by managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to make their standards of performance goals through proper planning, organization, training, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
- Conducts effective one-on-one sales meeting with sales representatives by communicating sales objectives and programs, identifying opportunities, reviewing performance against goals, and guiding team members on how to close gaps.
- Develops and reviews performance enhancement plans for each sales representative by maintaining training files, conducting evaluations, monitoring 90-day evaluations on new hires, performing coaching calls, filling out MBOs and following up on progress as needed.
- Addresses any skill deficiencies of sales representatives by developing customized coaching plans, tracking progress, and recording improvement against them.
- Pre-plans prior to the beginning of each sales period by holding a one-on-one meeting with each representative, strategizing on how best to achieve goals and objectives, and when applicable, helping representatives define target accounts.
- Participates in the associate interview and selection proves by working with human resources to source candidates, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and manage the on-boarding process.
- Demonstrates strong customer orientation by maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying account opportunities, performing customer business reviews, developing opening orders with new accounts, selling-in resents of stores, managing open territories and resolving customer complaints.
- Manages supplier surveys by planning routes, pre-surveying accounts, conducting survey with supplier, recapping the survey and scheduling sales representatives as needed.
- Coordinates supplier ride-withs by collaborating with Business Managers in the scheduling of sales representatives.
- Resolves customer issues by following appropriate administrative processes and company policies and escalating issues to management as appropriate.
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholders supervisor, may also be required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
- Have a valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to hold a Solicitors Permit
- Understanding of Wine and Spirits
Physical Requirements:
