What You Bring

Compensation
For U.S. based hires: $156,000 to $215,000 per annum base salary + equity + benefits
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

This faculty position will be based at UNC's new Child & Adolescent Psychiatry facility in Butner, NC, with opportunities to work on either the adolescent inpatient unit or the young adult unit.

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE/40-hour per week) position with a minimum of 50% inpatient clinical responsibilities and the opportunity for up to 100% inpatient practice. Outpatient responsibilities may include both in-person and virtual care. Faculty will also participate in the education and supervision of fellows, residents, medical students, and other healthcare trainees.
