Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Maryland

  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided


Compensation:
 Up to $53,200, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.


What We Provide
We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on care. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive:

  • Guaranteed, bi-weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement)

  • Paid orientation and annual pay increases

  • PTO and flexible scheduling (7am–10pm, 7 days/week)

  • No-show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing

Receptionist

Performs a limited variety of telephone/visitor screening and general clerical duties to act as primary receptionist for the Office of the District Attorney.

Duties

Receives and responds to all incoming calls/walk-in visitors for the Office of the District Attorney; elicits information from caller/visitor to determine whether initial inquiry comes under the jurisdiction of the District Attorney and forwards call/visitor to appropriate person/unit, or to outside agency if applicable.

Assists all units in the office with the incoming and outgoing mail. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

Collects money from outside entities and assists in monthly deposits for our Accounting Department. Assists in handling incoming checks for our Diversion Department.

Performs administrative and clerical support tasks, such as basic filing and recording, assisting other unit clerical personnel, and other duties as requested.

Trains other clerical staff on the use of the phone system so that reception backup relief can be provided.

Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Considerable knowledge of and the ability to efficiently operate a computer-based telephone system.
  • General knowledge of all units' functions and personnel within the Office of the District Attorney.
  • Ability to handle telephone calls and walk-ins in a courteous and professional manner, with a variety of people and temperaments in stressful/high volume situations.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, fellow workers, and the public; ability to communicate effectively with same.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include:

  • Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.

The CSR Position is an hourly position. The work schedule for the position will be the responsibility of the store management. There are no guaranteed number of hours per week. This position could be full or part-time. This position requires availability to work on any scheduled shift.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions as well as any external customers of BlueBridge Networks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively manage, administer and maintain Firewalls, switches, and routing equipment for Bluebridge Networks and its customers.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WWAN, and Internet connections.
  • Install, maintain and support Windows based server infrastructure and roles including AD, DNS, DHCP, SQL, RDS, IIS.
  • Configure, maintain, and support customer infrastructure as needed.
  • Monitor network security to protect against external, internal, and/or programmatic attacks.
  • Assist in defining overall network security strategies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain successful backup and continuity solutions in primary and secondary locations, as well as customer sites.
  • Utilize network monitoring software to ensure timely alerts and response to network issues.
  • Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
  • Serve as an escalation point for network systems operational issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
  • Investigate developing network technologies and provide recommendations regarding the future application of such technologies and related productivity gains.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours issues in a timely manner based upon severity and/or business impact.

· Minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience.
