Compensation:

Primary Care Practice Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of in-clinic operational initiatives, including collaboration between clinics/doctors and central leadership, regional leadership, and broader care team.
  • Own clinic P&L, including responsibility for KPIs for both the fee-for-service and value-based care business including visits, charges, patient enrollment, patient engagement, admits per thousand, etc. as well as staffing, and supplies ordering.
  • Build effective teams through partnership with providers and clinic staff.
  • Key accountabilities include recruiting and hiring of non-provider clinical roles, performance management, employee, and doctor experience, and minimizing turnover.
  • Responsible for daily coverage in clinic and working to staff the clinic appropriately.
  • Responsible for clinic referral conversion, monitoring of physician schedule templates, and adherence to scheduling cadence for high-risk patients.
  • Solve operational problems in the moment and respond quickly to providers, clinic staff, and other care team members.
  • Lead outreach efforts in local markets, developing relationships with PCPs and other referring providers, and producing referrals for clinic.
  • Maintain a strong positive culture throughout the clinic; build trust and respect within a clinic environment.
  • Make timely and high-quality decisions.

Responsibilities

Summary

The Accounts Clerk creates and maintains financial records of individual inmate accounts. The duties typically include performing routine accounting clerical operations such as examining, verifying, and correcting accounting transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Balance assigned accounts on a daily basis.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of computerized files.
  • Collect and count cash, money orders, or certified checks that has been accepted for inmates and credits the amount to the appropriate inmate account.
  • Make withdrawal transactions on individual inmate accounts for various payments ensuring that expenditures will not exceed obligations in the accounts.
  • Work in conjunction with the commissary staff to credit the appropriate inmate account for purchases from the commissary when necessary.
  • Develop and submit required reports relative to the facility inmate account system, as well as other reports required. Audits the inmate accounts pursuant to facility and client policy.
  • Track the intake of new inmates daily to create new inmate accounts in the KEEP Account System.
  • Close inmate accounts prior to the release of an inmate. Assists in the inmate release process as required.
  • Place checks on hold, tracks holds, and releases funds when appropriate.
  • Restrict inmate accounts when the inmates are placed on FRP Refuse status or receive disciplinary action.
  • Complete forms to be used by the U.S. Courts which involves computing an average daily balance on an individual account for a six-month period.
  • May sell meal tickets to staff and balance the meal ticket drawer weekly.
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and takes messages in the absence of management personnel.
  • Maintain strict control of all equipment and supplies used in performance of duty especially those items that could be used for illicit purposes. Report any missing or damaged items immediately to appropriate supervisory staff.
  • Assist in maintaining facility security, especially in area of responsibility, and promptly reports any violations or security hazards to appropriate supervisory staff. Provide assistance at other clerical posts as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

As one of our first boots on the ground in Maryland, you won't just be running wire: you'll be helping us build the playbook. You'll work alongside a tight-knit install team to remove gas furnaces, bring in electric heat pump systems, and collaborate directly with our engineering team to sharpen our process and push our product forward. What You'll Do: * Install all electrical infrastructure required to support heat pump systems done right, on every job * Perform load calculations and design code-compliant solutions that actually work in the real world * Upgrade main electrical panels as needed, including smart panels, splitters, and sub-panel configurations * Pull permits and own the inspection process end-to-end across MD jurisdictions * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams * Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site and perform necessary repairs with speed and precision * Coordinate with HVAC install crews and collaborate across trade lines to keep jobs moving efficiently * Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and flag issues before they become problems * Test electrical systems for functionality, performance, and code compliance * Spot recurring inefficiencies in the install process and bring solutions to the team * Maintain strict compliance with NEC and local electrical codes What You Bring: * Master Electrician license with the ability to pull permits across Maryland jurisdictions * Deep residential install experience, including service upgrades, panel work, and large load additions (heat pumps, EV chargers, etc.) * Fluency in modern panel technology smart panels (Span, Leviton, Schneider, etc.), splitters, and sub-panel configurations * Ability to perform accurate load calculations using standard and optional methods * Comfort working in older homes and navigating the surprises that come with legacy wiring * Experience coordinating with HVAC crews or working on multi-trade jobs * Solid troubleshooting instincts you diagnose problems methodically and fix them cleanly * Physical stamina for hands-on residential install work * Valid driver's license * Follows OSHA Electrical Standard * Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard * Prior experience with heat pump or HVAC-related electrical installs (preferred) * Familiarity with cold-climate heat pump systems (preferred) * Experience on gas-to-electric conversion projects (preferred) * Actively staying current on electrification codes and equipment trends (preferred) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $37 - $51 per hour Benefits: * Dental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by Jetson * Health Insurance premium 85% paid by Jetson * Education Support * Parental Leave Top Up * Tools Provided * Uniform Provided * Lunch Provided * 401k program Work Location: In person - Columbia, MD Do you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job? SimIS, Inc. seeks an on-call General Laborer to support daily operations of the SimIS Intelligent Robotics and Autonomous Systems Laboratory. This role keeps the lab organized, clean, and ready for engineering work by moving equipment, maintaining inventory, and handling general facility tasks.
