Job Summary

Provide administrative support to a department/division and assist with projects, programs, and special events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process, maintain, and verify data, records, files, and databases related to department/division operations; report discrepancies to the director; make corrections as needed.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Assigned a territory to cover phlebotomist duties within a Patient Service Center, doctor's office, or as business needs dictate
  • Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing
  • Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams
  • Enter billing information and collect payment when required
  • Will be required to coach, mentor, instruct, and be a resource advisor for new employees, as well as be the point of contact to staff on site and provide regular input to the group lead or supervisor

Qualifications

Required Education

Physical Requirements:

Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".

Walking: For short distances for short durations. Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.

Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.

Carrying: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.

Pushing: To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled.

Climbing: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.

Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

Reaching: Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift. Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requires: Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

NGMS is seeking a manager for its Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) organization at our Rolling Meadows, IL location. The selected candidate will manage a team of SEIT engineers within the SEIT Targeting Department.

This is a dual-role manager position, balancing the overall Functional oversight and management of a Systems Engineering group of 10-15 engineers, against performance of productive work on a program or several programs. The candidate will spend ~20% of their time on support of the organization (functional duties) and ~80% of their time on technical program work. It is anticipated that the candidate would serve in SEIT Lead / Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead type roles in a restricted program space.

The responsibilities associated with managing the team include:

  • Functional oversight for a team of SEIT engineers working multiple initiatives including follow-on contracts, new business growth opportunities, internal research and development, and capital projects.
  • Leadership for support and adherence to standard SEIT processes and the oversight of cost, schedule, and technical quality for SEIT execution on supported programs, including functional reviews for major milestone events (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.) and proposals as applicable.
  • Staffing and workload forecast; employee inclusion, engagement, mentoring and career development; employee training and identification, and training of skills required to execute on programs; management and execution of employee performance review processes; and leadership and execution for a multitude of functional management processes.
  • Recruiting new talent to meet staffing commitments.
  • Support initiatives such as Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Product Line Architecture (PLA), and Agile implementation that provide a competitive advantage for our customers.

As a SEIT Lead / IPT Lead, you will provide leadership in applying the core principles of systems engineering to deliver innovative, affordable, highly reliable systems solutions that meet customer needs, key performance parameters, and program execution goals. Responsibilities may include engineering leadership for system architecture development, requirements development, hardware/software design, verification and validation activities, and production program engineering support. A person in this position ensures that the program is adhering to sound engineering processes in the development, production, test and sustainment of products for our customers and that the program and product is compliant with company policy, procedures, and quality standards.

This role will be full-time and on-site in our Targeting Systems groups in Rolling Meadows, IL.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering / technical discipline with a minimum of 8 years' experience or a Master of Science degree in an engineering / technical discipline with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High proficiency in technical problem solving, including decomposition, root cause analysis, solution development, implementation and monitoring.
  • Background and understanding in tools and techniques associated with cost / schedule management (especially Earned Value Management).
  • This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen.
  • Clearance: Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain additional customer specified clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant technical or management specialty.
  • Active Secret / Top Secret Clearance.
  • 5+ years of related engineering experience working in an engineering organization at a defense contractor during EMD and/or LRIP phases
  • Management experience leading teams including Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test.
  • Experience in development and Earned Value Management (EVM) of cost accounts and schedules
  • Experience working in a systems engineering, integration, and test environment on complex projects that encompass hardware, software, and firmware development.
  • Experience with electronic warfare, EO/IR, laser, or related defense systems.
  • Experience in all aspects of the engineering process from proposal / requirements analysis through verification testing and fielding of systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, MATLAB, Simulink, Cameo, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), and Agile techniques.

Primary Level Salary Range: $153,800.00 - $230,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. The Vice President, Supply Chain is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain strategy and performance of FDH Electronics, including strategic sourcing and procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, supplier performance, logistics, and supply chain systems and analytics.

This leader will build an integrated and scalable supply chain operating model that improves customer service, strengthens supply continuity, expands margins, and optimizes working capital. What You’ll Do 

As a Vice President, Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for: 

Supply Chain Strategy & Value Creation

  • Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy aligned with FDH Electronics’ growth priorities, customer commitments, financial objectives, and acquisition agenda. 
  • Establish a common supply chain operating model, governance structure, and performance cadence across distribution and manufacturing locations. 
  • Translate business strategy into actionable plans for sourcing, capacity, inventory, network design, systems, and organizational capability. 
  • Advise the President and executive leadership team on supply constraints, investment priorities, risks, and opportunities to improve service, margin, cash flow, and enterprise value. 
  • Establish clear supply chain KPIs and accountability across the organization. 

 

Integrated Business Planning, Demand & Supply Planning

  • Lead a disciplined Sales and Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning process connecting demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial plans.
  • Improve forecast accuracy, material availability, schedule attainment, backlog visibility, and customer delivery performance. 
  • Standardize planning policies and processes across distribution and manufacturing operations, including replenishment, production planning, material planning, and allocation during constrained supply. 
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to identify gaps early, evaluate scenarios, and align customer commitments with available capacity and supply. 
  • Establish escalation and decision-making processes for significant shortages, capacity constraints, and competing customer priorities. 

 

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

  • Develop enterprise sourcing and procurement strategies using spend analytics, category management, supplier segmentation, and market intelligence. 
  • Lead major supplier negotiations and commercial agreements to improve cost, availability, lead times, payment terms, quality, and contractual protections. 
  • Deliver sustainable savings through supplier consolidation, competitive sourcing, demand aggregation, specification alignment, and should-cost analysis. 
  • Develop strategic supplier relationships that provide FDH Electronics with improved access, responsiveness, and long-term commercial value. 
  • Strengthen procurement governance, approval authority, contract discipline, and ethical purchasing practices across the division. 

 

Supplier Performance, Quality & Risk

  • Establish supplier scorecards and executive review routines covering delivery, quality, lead time, responsiveness, cost, capacity, and risk. 
  • Partner with Quality and Operations on supplier qualification, development, corrective action, traceability, and counterfeit-parts prevention. 
  • Build a proactive supply risk-management program addressing sole-source exposure, capacity constraints, supplier financial health, geopolitical disruption, obsolescence, and business continuity. 
  • Develop dual-source, alternate-material, buffer-stock, and recovery strategies where appropriate, balancing resilience with cost and working-capital impact. 
  • Lead executive-level supplier interventions and recovery plans when supplier performance places customer commitments at risk. 

 

Inventory & Working Capital

  • Own the division’s inventory strategy and performance, balancing product availability and customer service with turns, cash conversion, carrying cost, and risk. 
  • Implement segmentation-based inventory policies, safety-stock logic, reorder parameters, and lifecycle controls appropriate to customer demand and supplier lead times. 
  • Lead governance for excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory, including prevention, reserves, redeployment, supplier returns, and disposition. 
  • Partner with Finance and site leaders to improve inventory accuracy, planning discipline, accountability, and working-capital forecasting. 
  • Establish clear ownership and performance expectations for inventory across sites, product categories, and business units. 

 

Logistics, Distribution & Trade Execution

  • Provide strategic oversight of inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, freight, third-party providers, and distribution network performance. 
  • Improve delivery reliability and cost through carrier strategy, contract negotiation, shipment consolidation, routing standards, and reduced premium freight. 
  • Evaluate the supply chain network and recommend changes to optimize customer service, capacity, cost, and scalability. 
  • Ensure supply chain practices support applicable customs, import/export, sanctions, recordkeeping, and customer requirements in partnership with the appropriate compliance functions. 

 

M&A Diligence & Integration

  • Lead supply chain diligence for potential acquisitions, including supplier concentration, contracts, inventory quality, systems, capacity, risk, and synergy opportunities. 
  • Develop and execute integration plans that protect day-one business continuity while capturing sourcing, inventory, logistics, systems, and organizational synergies. 
  • Integrate acquired businesses into the FDH Electronics supply chain operating model at a pace appropriate to customer, operational, and value-creation priorities. 
  • Establish repeatable supply chain integration playbooks to support continued growth through acquisition. 

 

Organizational Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain organization with clear roles, decision rights, performance expectations, and succession plans. 
  • Assess organizational capability and ensure the structure and talent are appropriate to support the business’s growth and complexity. 
  • Create a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and fact-based decision-making. 
  • Serve as an enterprise leader who works across functions and sites to resolve competing priorities and deliver the best outcome for FDH Electronics and its customers. 
  • Represent Supply Chain in executive operating reviews and communicate risks, decisions, and results with clarity and candor.


What You Bring

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, finance, or a related field required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 15+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, planning, or operations experience, including significant leadership of multi-site teams and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated success leading an end-to-end supply chain in a complex distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Mil-Aero distribution experience, aerospace and defense, electronics, or highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting a geographically dispersed organization with domestic and international suppliers and operations.
  • Experience with acquisitions, integration, and value-creation initiatives in a growth-oriented or private-equity-backed environment preferred.

• Admits, transfers, and discharges residents in accordance with policy and procedure

 • Orients new residents/families as necessary

• Gives/receives nursing reports upon beginning and ending of assigned shift. Reviews daily patient reports and assignments with Nursing Assistants upon the beginning of the assigned shift.

 • Assures that the unit area is maintained in a clean and safe manner for resident comfort and convenience.

• Conducts daily resident rounds to assess and evaluate the resident’s physical, medical and emotional status and to implement or revise nursing interventions to the resident plan of care.

 

• Records care information accurately, timely and concisely. Completes all required documentation including resident assessments, interventions, and patient response(s) in the medical record in accordance with policy.

• Initiates, reviews, revises, and updates resident Plans of Care as indicated. Evaluates the patient’s progress toward specific goals and adjusts the nursing plan of care, as necessary. Receives and transcribe orders accurately from attending/alternate physician

• Assists in making rounds with the attending physician, as necessary.

• Prepares / administers medications as ordered by the physician and within the legal scope of practice.  

• Completes medical treatments as indicated and ordered by the physician.  

• Evaluates resident response and reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy.  

• Assures that narcotic and controlled drugs are secure, inventory counts are accurate and narcotic register documentation is timely and accurate

• Orders prescribed medications, supplies and equipment as established by the facility’s policies and procedures.

• Requisitions and arranges for diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by the physician.

• Informs the RN Supervisor or RN in charge of the facility and others as appropriate of resident status and related matters

• Attends various facility meetings (care conferences, stand-up meetings, staff meetings, Medicare meetings, discharge plan meetings, etc.) as required.

• Reports allegations of abuse or unusual occurrence per State and Federal Regulations and facility policy. Assists with a gathering of information relative to the event.  

• Initiates emergency procedures (including basic CPR) and provide emergency patient treatments

• Participates in the facility’s infection control program for monitoring communicable and/or infectious disease among residents and staff.

• Participate in procedures for reporting hazardous conditions or equipment.

• Assists in orientation of newly assigned personnel as requested.  

• Assumes Charge responsibility following orientation period as requested.

• Performs other position-related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION 

 

• Make resident rounds to ensure appropriate care is being rendered, identifying, and making corrections as necessary.

• Meet with nursing personnel to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas and/or the improvement of resident care.

• Assist the Charge Nurse in revision and distribution of nursing assignments as needed.  

• Assist in the supervision and direction of nursing personnel.

• Participate in disciplinary action and evaluation of nursing personnel.

 

CONSUMER SERVICE 

 

• Presents a professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech.

• Treats residents/family members with dignity and respect  

• Responds to Resident and family concern(s) and assists in resolving grievances. Records grievances   per facility policy

 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES 

 

• Participate in the facility's Quality Assurance (QA) program as requested or needed. Assist in correcting findings and deficiencies from the Department of Health Services, Consultants, and the  Quality Assurance Team as directed by the Director of Nursing. Actively participates in Quality  Assurance Performance Improvement teams and activities

Oversee all the operations in the shop.

The Service Manager position will oversee and direct the flow of all the work scheduled within the shop including our shop management program, Shop Monkey. They will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all company procedures and policies pertaining to the shop and ensure that all shop safety procedures are followed for the safety of our team members and customers.

They will be directly involved with Instructing, coaching training and managing shop techs, to consistently ensure procedures are being followed while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Facilitate inspection of shop tools and equipment daily, making sure equipment is usable and safe. Schedule maintenance as needed on missing or broken equipment, while keeping store management aware of shop equipment needs, or service requirements.

Reviewing and maintaining proper Shop Monkey (our digital shop management software) procedures and ensuring shop tech are documenting all required fields within Shop Monkey.

Responsible for the implantation and execution of all required TIA, ALI and company guidelines as pertaining to the shop.

Ensure all company PPE and safety policies are enforced. (Safety glasses, gloves, torque procedures, and lifting procedures)

Oversee Technician first torque procedure and Perform Manager secondary torque of all vehicles.

Verify completion of figure after technician first torque.

Ordering product as needed through 1st Call and Vendors for services and installs. Excludes items ordered for store stock.

Completing shop work schedule of staff.

Assist in hiring and recruiting of shop personnel.

Responsible for the training of all shop techs.

Receive Service-Related product as ordered for installs.

Assisting Management in return to vendor paperwork (RTV's)

Maintain and oversee binder for customer special orders (ex. Center caps or wheel replacements)

Complete weekly company Truck maintenance and inspections in Shop Monkey. Address any issues as needed with management.

Assist in the monthly Safety Audit.

Completion of daily equipment calibration and safety inspections.

Maintain daily shop cleaning schedule.

Ensure customer returns are effectively managed, cleaned, labeled, and prepared for sale.

Any other items deemed necessary by the store management team.
