Outpatient imaging center in Visalia, CA, is seeking a General Radiologist with breast imaging experience and MSQA. This position would be the primary radiologist for our well-established multi-modality outpatient imaging practice, and will receive support from our off-site Medical Directors. Physician Requirements

• MD/DO with residency completion in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine

• BC/BE in EM, FM, or IM

• Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license

• Active DEA with Louisiana address

• Louisiana controlled substance registration, if required

• Must meet requirements to supervise NP/PA providers

Required Certifications

• ACLS

• PALS

• ATLS

• BLS

• ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required if not EM board certified or EM trained

The facility provides comprehensive community-based care, including emergency, acute medical and surgical care, stroke services, cardiology, urology, OB/GYN, behavioral health, infusion services, and wound care.

Credentialing Requirements

• Current-season flu vaccination

• TB Gold within the past 12 months or qualifying chest X-ray

• COVID vaccination

• Case logs for the previous 2 years

• CME documentation for the previous 2 years

• 10 hours of trauma/stroke CME annually

• Completion of required sedation modules during onboarding and reappointment

• Malpractice: $100K/$300K coverage plus LPCF enrollment; locums enrollment must be maintained for a minimum of 90 days
