We are currently looking for the right Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our Team! $18.00 to $18.50 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process! Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.02 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six (6+) months of management/3rd key experience. Assistant Store Managers are accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store and promoting a positive/productive environment. This position will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, recruit, and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage Customer Relations / Customer Satisfaction. This position sets the tone for a customer-centric environment!

Alongside the Store Manager, this position analyzes store financial statements to ensure financial goals are met. You will be required to commit to the company's asset protection program, promote our business, and target new customer acquisitions. Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager are:

Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.

Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.

Opens and closes the store, including, but not limited to, counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring all procedures are followed to ensure the protection of assets.

Ensures asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.

Administer processes and procedures within the store, which include inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and enterprise-level reporting.

Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.

Ensure that operating standards meet or exceed FirstCash standards.

Complete the assigned tasks and training for self-development as requested.

Communicate clearly with employees to ensure that they understand the store's mission and profit objectives.

Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.

The Assistant Store Manager acts as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (in accordance with federal, state, and local law), some of which include, but are not limited to, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.

Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Employees may be asked to assist a customer on the exterior of the building (within our parking lots) or to retrieve products stored in exterior storage buildings or other areas.

Minimum Age: 18 years old

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Should be able to work in multiple locations, as business needs dictate.

Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Assistant Store Managers will work 40+ hours a week. Hours worked are based on the needs of the business and are not guaranteed.

Computer literate and able to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and common office machines.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

As a member of the project management team in the Facilities Planning, Design and Construction Department (PDC), the Project Manager reports to a Director. The Project Manager's primary responsibility is for the management of capital improvement projects and annual laboratory and office renovation projects within the Caltech complex. Essential Job Duties

Duties include, but are not limited to, conducting comprehensive research on project needs, integrating project functions within the framework of ongoing activities within the Institute, advising customers on complex project plans, overseeing design and construction of multiple projects, preparing budgets, schedules, scopes of work and status reports. Position Overview

The Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) is a 24-month accelerated rotational program designed to develop the next generation of operations leaders. Over a two-year period, participants gain broad, hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence functions.

Through a series of structured rotations, formal learning, and leadership exposure, OMECRP participants build the technical, business, and people leadership skills required to lead critical operations within Regal Rexnord.

Over the course of the Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program, associates will complete 2 rotational assignments, designed to teach fundamental skills across Regal Rexnord's core operations functional areas:

  • Operations and Production
  • Materials Management
  • Distribution & Fulfillment
  • Supply Chain/SIOP
  • Continuous Improvement

While in the rotational program, associates will make valuable connections between rotational assignments and will learn to integrate proven RBS methodologies into their day-to-day activities. Beyond the "learn by doing" training structure, the program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leadership. The operations rotational associate can anticipate robust two-way dialogue regarding program guidance, rotational assignment planning, mentorship, and identification of well aligned post-program placement opportunities will be facilitated.

Compensation Details

  • Starting salary: $60,000-80,000
  • The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

JOB SUMMARY

The College of Agriculture, Family Sciences and Technology (CAFST) invited applications for an energetic and student-focused faculty member with expertise in Veterinary Technology for a 10-month tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Veterinary Technology pending previous experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in Veterinary Technology, mentoring students and supporting programmatic activities that strengthen the academic and experiential learning environment of the department.

Student mentorship and advisement are central to the position. In addition to providing academic advising, the faculty members will guide and support the Veterinary Technology club, collaborate and assist with Research Farm and Cooperative Extension animal operations and participate in relevant university and community service activities.

The successful candidate will also be expected to engage in a focused program of scholarly activity resulting in peer-reviewed publications, professional presentations and collaborative research opportunities. Participation in professional development, clinical engagement and service to the community is expected. Specific teaching assignments will be assigned by the chair of the department.

Specific teaching assignments will be determined by the Department Chair based on departmental needs.

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Provide quality didactic and clinical instruction in radiology, laboratory and biomedical procedures and large and small animal diseases using high impact practices (HIPs) to promote student learning in undergraduate courses in Veterinary Technology
  • Design, prepare and supervise student laboratories and hands-on instructional activities within the discipline.
  • Use both internal (eg. Desire to Learn (D2L)) and other instructional technologies to deliver course materials and enhance student engagement.
  • Develop course objectives, assignments, and effective methods for evaluating student performance.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments.
  • Seek and obtain extramural funding through competitive grants and collaborative partnerships.
  • Provide in-house veterinary care for research and extension animals as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION

  • Working knowledge of veterinary hospital management software
  • Demonstrated interest in teaching undergraduate students at the college level.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide to advise and mentor undergraduate students
  • Interest in advising co-curricular activities and student organizations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Evidence using instructional technology to enhance student learning.
  • Evidence of innovative instructional pedagogy including familiarity with AI-supported educational tools in discipline.
  • Ability to create supportive learning environments in which students can thrive.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in teaching and extension activities is important
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated potential to secure external funding

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
  • Veterinary licensure in the State of Georgia issued by the Georgia Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners or eligibility to obtain licensure in Georgia
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in animal practice, preferably including large animal practice.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preference will be given to applicates with prior clinical experience, a post-DVM degree and potential for research and grantsmanship.
  • Successful experience in mixed animal Veterinary Practice Operations is also preferred.
  • Documented evidence of successful teaching at college level
  • Documented evidence of teaching hybrid and fully online courses
  • Demonstrated record of successful college level pedagogical research or creative activity
