Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Draft and finalize cost/price narratives that clearly substantiate the pricing approach and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
  • Develop and present pricing assumptions, financial summaries, and cost/price analyses in support of internal reviews and proposal submission
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, and Operations to deliver compliant and competitive pricing solutions
  • Tailor standard pricing templates and formats to align with specific solicitation instructions
  • Modify and expand pricing models from standard department templates to address unique proposal requirements.

Basic Qualifications and Skills Requirements for Sr. Pricing Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance/pricing
  • Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including complex Excel modeling
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pricing experience bidding on NASA, Aerospace, GSA or complex Cost-Plus proposals.
  • A Top-Secret clearance is not required but would be considered a plus.
  • Hybrid work arrangements are acceptable.
  • Travel is expected to be approximately 0-20%.

Sales Representative We’re looking for remote part time or full time independent sales representatives to market a highly unique identity theft protection service to consumers, business owners, and as a voluntary benefit to employee groups. There is virtually no competition in our target markets yet we only have a small percentage of the market so far and we are looking for more qualified reps. Commission only with advanced commissions at each sales reps request. We also pay performance bonuses and most importantly, ongoing and repeat residuals for the life of each customer. Commissions and bonuses are paid daily. Lots of our part time and full time reps are doing very well with us and this opportunity is truly unlimited for the right person. A strong sales background is desired for full time but not required for part time as we have several successful part time reps who had no sales experience. What we offer our sales team:
