  • Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A, SAP carve-out/SLO/SLT, infrastructure, GRC, and transformation projects .

  • Establish and lead project kickoffs with stakeholders, technical teams, business teams, and leadership.

  • Develop detailed project plans, WBS, milestones, resource plans, schedules, and dependencies .

  • Plan and coordinate Program Increments (PIs) and Sprints in Agile/SAFe environments and manage Waterfall projects when required.

  • Own RAID logs , risk identification, mitigation strategies, issue resolution, and recovery plans.

  • Track project health, milestones, dependencies, budgets, KPIs, and overall delivery progress.

  • Manage sub-portfolio stakeholders and provide regular health, risk, and status reporting.

  • Establish effective project governance models, team structures, roles, responsibilities, and communication plans.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide clear updates to senior leadership and executives.

  • Drive projects back to green by identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation and resolution strategies.

  • Coordinate infrastructure changes through CAB meetings and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.

  • Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Application, and Business teams to define requirements and execution strategies.

  • Ensure projects comply with security, audit, regulatory, and organizational governance requirements.

  • Support infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud migration, automation, disaster recovery, platform upgrades, and data center transformation .

  • Manage initiatives involving servers, networking, storage, virtualization, databases, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and data center technologies.

  • Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking, ITSM, Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB, Asset Management, and related processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience, preferably across Infrastructure, M&A, GRC, or enterprise transformation.

  • Hands-on experience managing complex cross-functional, end-to-end IT projects .

  • Experience with M&A programs and/or SAP carve-outs, SLO/SLT is strongly preferred.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow-based initiatives .

  • Strong experience with project planning, WBS, milestones, RAID management, dependencies, and executive reporting.

  • Experience managing projects in Agile/SAFe and/or Waterfall environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
