Maintenance Manager

Ensures all facilities and grounds are maintained to promote maximum productivity of distribution center operations. Recommend innovative and cost saving ideas to support better usage of our facilities and grounds.

Responsible for bidding and procurement of facilities maintenance supplies and equipment, tracking purchase orders, receivables, and invoicing.

Supervise contracted work, upon approval of standard bidding process and review by appropriate management.

Responsible for onsite supervision of construction projects, including remodels and new construction.

Responsible for construction of distribution center related equipment, i.e. picking carts, mailboxes, tote hooks, etc.

Work with distribution center management, including Safety Manager (if applicable) towards meeting compliance for OSHA and other regulatory agencies.

Communicate any issues or projects regarding facilities maintenance with the distribution center management.

Provide after hour assistance in the event of an emergency or inclement weather conditions, serving as a first responder to assess snow removal needs.

Team members with experience may be designated as trainers. As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all documentation is complete. Trainers are responsible to explain specific job duties/functions to help ensure success of new team members, as well as to convey any departmental or procedural changes to existing team members.

Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.

All other duties as assigned.

Required:

4-5 years' experience in management or high-level responsibility for facilities

Desired:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Certification or journeyman status in one or more trades

College or technical degree in related fields of Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction or Real Estate building trade

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Quality Resident Engineer

  6. Support corrective action development with goal of eliminating repeats of occurrences, assist in QPR/QIR closure, address past due sort resolution, PCR coordination, scrap investigation/monitoring and support investigation at Customer and NAP location as needed.
  7. Assist in determining countermeasure effectiveness and next steps to address gaps between NAP performance and actual.
  8. Recognize and escalate quality issues appropriately within organization and according to severity.
  9. Conduct receiving part inspection of product as allowed (regular product audits with feedback).
  10. Monitor AISIN performance KPI closely and liaise with NAP/Customer to support improvement/reductions/corrections
  11. Ongoing update of QRE/QRS reports and other reports assigned (daily, weekly, etc.).
  12. Hands on sort/rework may be required (time and situation dependent - depending on scope and availability - primary goal is onsite management, oversight of this activity by customer approved third party - confirmation of related work instructions is key.
  13. Responsible for supervising temporary personnel and/or team members deployed from NAP's during sorts and/or rework. Review/monitor sort method and findings, and report to NAP as necessary)
  14. Coordination of courier shipments, as needed.
  15. Support best practices deployment.
  16. Regular visits to NAP's to continuously develop/improve understanding of part and processes.
  17. Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4 - 5 years of automotive experience. Preferably related experience with a Tier 1 automotive supplier working directly with automotive OEMs.
  • Intermediate level or greater skills with MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to work in a team to resolve issues.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and inspection standards.
  • Basic geometry and statistics skills.
  • Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gages.
  • Ability to interpret boundary samples.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis / measurement analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function well independently.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

  • Directly related OEM experience is a plus.
  • Practical experience with ASQ Certification (CQT, CQE, CQM, etc.).

Education/Training/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree
  • ASQ Certification (CQT, CQE, CQM, etc.) preferred
  • Formal training in the Quality Assurance Field

Warehouse Picker / Driver

General Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Picker / Driver to join our rapidly growing team. The Warehouse Picker will be responsible for reading invoices, picking and packing products while also delivering them to local clients.

Required Skills:

  • Valid Driver’s License. MRV Check required
  • Physically able to lift and move products throughout your shift
  • Punctual and ready to contribute to the team’s success.
  • Comfortable transitioning between warehouse tasks and delivery routes.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high levels of quality and precision.
  • Local Deliveries: Transport products safely to local destinations, maintaining a professional demeanor while representing the company.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with daily logistics, including organizing stock and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
  • Product Handling: Ensure all items are handled carefully during the picking, packing, and delivery processes to prevent damage.

Schedule:

Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Requires full availability during these hours; one day off is scheduled mid-week with advance notice provided.
